MAUI PROGRAM: Crisis Communications – Not If, But When

From external disasters to internal failures, all companies and organizations can potentially face a crisis. Communicators have a key role to play in helping their organizations manage an extreme situation, with the most valuable communications effort coming well before catastrophe strikes. Our next Maui PRSA presentation offers an overview of crisis communications – what it is, what to expect, and what communicators can do before, during and after a crisis.
